We use either Interlink Express or TNT to send the majority of our shipments (overseas orders may be shipped using another carrier) and our standard delivery will be sent on a before 3.30pm service. If you are out when the delivery comes, a card will be left for you with further instructions on how to have your package redelivered at another time.

We aim to dispatch all non-furniture items within 5-7 working days, adult mattresses and adult mattress toppers in 10 working days, made to measure mattresses in 10-15 working days and furniture items within 4 weeks. there will be exceptions to these times in certain unforeseen circumstances and whenever this is likely to happen we contact you as early as we can to discuss options. For furniture orders we will contact you before despatching to confirm a mutually convenient time to deliver. Delivery Charges within the UK are as follows:

Orders up to £50: £4.50
Orders over £50: £9.50
Crib, cot and cot bed mattresses: £9.50
Single child's mattresses: £15.00
Single adult's mattress: £25.00
Double or larger adult's mattress: £50.00
Furniture deliveries range between: £35-£75 (this will be confirmed at checkout)

All overseas orders are charged at cost.

Furniture assembly

All of our furniture is supplied either flat packed or part assembled and will require assembly of some sort. Most items are pretty simple to put together but if you don't fancy your chances we do offer a furniture assembly service for customers inside the M25 (sorry we can't go further afield!) and this is charged at £35/hr

Returns and Exchange Policy

Naturalmat hope that you are happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return, refund or exchange an item, providing it has not been used, it is in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, we will be happy to do this for you. Please send returns within 14 days of delivery to:
