How do I buy a Naturalmat Gift Card?
You can purchase Bedroom or Nursery Gift Card online. Select the Gift Card value you would like and add the Gift Card to your basket.
What values are your Gift Cards sold in?
- The Bedroom Gift Card is sold in values of £25.00, £50.00 £100.00 and £150.00
- The Nursery Gift Card is sold in values of £25.00, £50.00, £75.00 and £100.00
What is your pre-Christmas Gift Card cut off?
Since our Gift Cards are digital, you can purchase a Gift Card online until midday 23rd December in time for the Gift Card to be activated before Christmas.
Can I use Bedroom Gift Cards on Nursery products?
Yes, you can use our Bedroom Gift Cards on Nursery products and vice versa.
How is the Gift Card activated?
Since Gift Cards are intended for gifting, we ask that you enter the full name and contact email address of the recipient in the order notes in your basket, so we can activate the gift card directly with them. If you would like the Gift Card activated to your email address, please add an order note in your basket and the team will activate this for you within 12 hours of purchase. If no order note is left when purchasing a gift card, one of the team will contact you within 6 hours of purchase to confirm the full name and contact email address of the Gift Card recipient.
How do I redeem a Naturalmat Gift Card?
To redeem your Gift Card, enter the long, 16 digit, Gift Card code at checkout. The value of the Gift Card will be deducted from the order total. If any outstanding balance is left to pay, you will be able to pay this using your bank card or one of the express checkout options, like PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay.
Can I use a discount code when I pay for my order using a Gift Card?
Yes, you can. You will need to enter the discount code into the Gift card or discount code field first to deduct the discount amount from your order. Then you will need to enter the long, 16 digit, Gift Card code into the same field. This will deduct the value of the Gift Card from your order total.
Where do I find the Gift Card code?
You can find the gift card code in the Gift Card email we sent you.
Does Naturalmat Gift Card expire?
Our Gift Cards expire 12 months after purchase.
Can I transfer my gift card to someone else?
Yes, you can. Please email marketing@naturalmat.co.uk to request Gift Card transfer. Please note, this can only be done once.
How do I check the balance of my Naturalmat Gift Card?
To request the remaining balance on your gift card, please email marketing@naturalmat.co.uk or give us a call on 01392 877 247 and one of the team be able to check the gift card balance for you.
