When can I expect my delivery?

All Naturalmat products are hand-made here in Devon and we aim to get the product to you within 2 weeks of you placing your order. We will get in touch the week before your delivery date to discuss a convenient delivery time for you and talk through any access issues for your property.
How does my product arrive?

Our smaller mattresses and furniture including cots are delivered by UK mail. Our mattresses come wrapped in specially created eco wrapping (made from potato starch) and recycled cardboard.
