Making a purchase
Online purchases at Naturalmat take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect all our customers. In order to purchase, users must first register with all necessary information to allow the transaction to be completed and the products shipped. Users also have the option to have their contact details stored for future use and thus to make the process more streamlined when they next make a purchase at Natural Mat. Multiple addresses can also be saved for goods delivered as gifts to any registered user.
We accept credit and debit card transactions for Maestro, Delta, Visa, Mastercard and Solo). On completion of the credit card transaction a confirmation screen will display with a unique reference, plus the system will automatically send an email confirmation to the users email address.
An order receipt email shall also be sent once payment has been taken and you will also be alerted via email when the goods have been despatched from our warehouse.
All UK mainland deliveries are free but for anything outside of the UK we will search around for the best delivery cost and contact you to make sure you are happy with the quote and to proceed with the order.
Stock permitting, we aim to despatch all non-furniture orders in 5-7 working days. If for any reason we are out of stock we will advise you immediately of the best possible delivery date.
All furniture orders are subject to lead times of up to 6 weeks, as many pieces are hand made. However, we will normally deliver most furniture items within 4 weeks.
When placing an order online please provide a contact number and delivery address where you can be sure that there will be someone available to receive your order. Deliveries are made between 9.00am – 3.30pm, unfortunately we can not schedule specific times. If you are out when Interlink Express our courier service tries to deliver the goods, they will leave a delivery card with their telephone number on it to say that they have been. Please call the telephone number on the card to re-arrange delivery for the convenient day for you.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Natural Mat hope that you are happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return, refund or exchange an item, providing it has not been used, it is in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, we will be happy to do this for you. Please send returns to:

We also recommend that you get a proof of posting and include a note with your name, contact number, order number and reason for returning the item and whether you want a refund or a replacement. Please call us on 01392 877 247 if you have any questions.
Please note that all Made to Measure products are not returnable for refunds or exchange.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security
Natural Mat encrypts all credit and debit card information to ensure your transactions are private and protected whilst online with us. We only accept browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which means you can not inadvertently place an order through an insecure connection.

The Natural Mat Company is determined to deliver quality products in the fastest time possible. If for any reason, you are not happy with the goods you have ordered, or you wish to exchange any items, please return them to us within 14 days.
- Any goods manufactured by the Naturalmat company will carry a 5 year warranty from date of delivery against defective workmanship and/or materials. Any goods not manufactured by the company but provided on a supply basis only to the customer shall carry solely the original manufacturer’s warranty.
- Whilst accepting that the Customer may, under certain circumstances, be entitled to a refund of monies paid, the Company reserves the right to repair or replace Goods sold which prove within a reasonable period of time to be defective because of bad materials or workmanship in manufacture.
- The Company cannot guarantee furnishing fabrics and linens other than for reasonable wear and tear or against shade variations of items purchased at different times.
- The company recognises its responsibilities under the Sale of Goods Act 1893 as amended and nothing in the company’s terms of business shall affect those statutory rights.

Share the Naturalmat Love Referral Program - Terms and Conditions
Naturalmat Referral Program allows individuals to earn approved commissions by referring friends or family members to purchase a Naturalmat adult product. To participate in the referral programme, you must agree to abide by the terms and conditions. By participating in the programme, you are consenting to abide by the conditions.
Naturalmat offers consumers a reward for referring friends and family. This reward allows consumers to receive a £100 gift voucher for referring friends to Naturalmat who then purchase a minimum of £1,000 of products from our adult range.
The purpose of the referral scheme is to encourage existing customers to refer friends, family members, colleagues or others whom they think may be interested in Naturalmat products. For qualifying referrals, both the referring customer and the person referred will receive a reward.
One referral is permitted with each order, regardless of the number of adult products purchased in an order.
Only the initial referee may refer a friend or family member. Referrals cannot be passed between third parties and may become invalid if they do.
A referred customer will receive a 10% discount on the price of the adult product applied upon purchasing instore, over the telephone or entry of the referral code at the checkout. Codes will be given out over the telephone or in store.
The referral code must be applied at the checkout. Referral codes cannot be used retroactively. Naturalmat is under no obligation to provide any rewards for orders where the code was not entered. Should Naturalmat choose to do so, it will be at the sole discretion of the Company and a decision to do so on one occasion does not mean the same decision will be made on another.
Only one referral can be made per transaction. Referrals cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or other discount.
How to Earn Your Reward
Following delivery of an adult product a customer will receive a referral scheme flyer. This flyer may be shared with friends and family. If the friend completes a purchase, the referrer will be notified.
Naturalmat reserves the right to cancel a Qualifying Order if we believe it to be placed fraudulently.
Rewards and Payouts
A £100.00 voucher is earned by the referrer for each approved referral and is sent electronically to the referrer.
A referrer is able to make a maximum number of 20 referrals. No referrer will receive more than 20 rewards.
Sharing Referral Links
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes to friends and family who will appreciate receiving these messages. Referral links should not be distributed to recipients who do not have a personal connection to the referrer (such as coupon websites, Reddit, forums or mass email lists).
Referral codes cannot be used commercially or shared on public forums.
Promotion of referral codes using pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on any search engine or display advertising platform is strictly prohibited. This includes promotion in the advert itself, display URLs and the content of the webpage the advert redirects to. Naturalmat reserves the right to cancel or otherwise restrict the use of any codes it believes have been distributed in breach of these terms and conditions.
Naturalmat is the sole arbiter of what constitutes commercial use and may, at its discretion, cancel codes without notification being issued to the code holder. Such decisions cannot be appealed. However, Naturalmat will never cancel a referral code without reasonable grounds.
Referral codes remain the property of Naturalmat and are not redeemable for cash or any merchandise.
Termination and Change
Naturalmat may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time and for any reason. Requirements and incentives may also change at any time. Naturalmat reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and cancel or modify referrals if activity is deemed abusive or fraudulent. Commissions earned as a result of fraudulent activity are null and void.
Any abuse of this Program, as determined by Naturalmat at our sole discretion, may result in the rescission of the Referrer’s Reward and the Referred Friend’s promotion code, as well as the inability by both parties to participate in this Program or future Naturalmat promotions. This Program is subject to modification or termination at any time by Naturalmat at our sole discretion. To prevent fraud and abuse, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any Reward or promotion code or cancel any order.
Only one Qualified Referral can be earned for each Referred Customer up to a maximum of 20 Referred Customers during the operation of the Program. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referred Customer will not be considered Qualified Referrals.
Updates to the Terms
Naturalmat reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. If the modified terms are not acceptable, the only recourse is to stop sending referrals or participating in the Referral Program.
