Pre-Christmas Delivery 🎄
As we approach the Christmas holidays we will update this section with our latest delivery information.
Bedroom & Teen Mattresses, & all Beds, Bases & Headboards– pre-Christmas delivery for these items is now fully booked so orders placed today will be delivered in the new year. Simply add the item you would like to your basket to see your estimated delivery week.
Bedroom Toppers, Wool Bedding, Standard size Nursery Mattresses – Order by midnight on Monday 15th December for delivery before Christmas.
Feather Bedding, Bed Linen & Throws, Lambskins & Accessories – Order by midnight on Thursday, 18th December for delivery before Christmas.

When you order a bed or mattress either online or in one of our showrooms we will give you an estimated week of delivery. We will then contact you the week before this to arrange a specific day and rough time. Because we are a small business we have limited flexibility with delivery days. Our vans may only be in your area one day per week, so if that day doesn’t work for you, we may have to deliver at a later date. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your requests but please bear this in mind.
We deliver our beds and mattresses in our own vans with a two-person team. They will bring your items up to your bedroom, assemble your bed and install the mattress, and take away our reusable delivery bags.
Smaller items, including toppers, bedding, bed linen and nursery mattresses, are delivered by DPD, Fedex or Royal Mail. We will give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order and if you supply your mobile number at checkout the courier will send you a text with delivery updates.
Delivery Charges
Delivery to the majority of the UK is free of charge for all orders of £50 and over, and £5 for orders under this amount.
For adult bed, headboard, bed base and mattress deliveries to certain areas in Scotland that are harder for us to reach from Devon, we charge an extra £150 to help cover our costs. This applies to the following postcodes: AB, DD, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE.
In the event that we are unable to make your delivery due to access issues, or no one is available to take delivery at the pre agreed time, a re-delivery charge of £75.00 will apply and our team requires a minimum of 2 weeks to reschedule your delivery. Storage charges of £20.00 per week will apply to any rescheduled deliveries.

International Delivery
We do ship outside the UK but you’ll need to get in touch with us so we can obtain a shipping quote for your location. Simply complete this form and our team will be in touch with an estimate for your order and shipping options. We obtain shipping quotes based on the size, weight and dimensions of the products you’d like to order, so please provide as much information as possible when submitting this form.
Sustainable Packaging
We take the same eco-conscious approach to packaging our products as we do to the raw materials that go inside them.
Adult Beds & Mattresses
We deliver all of our beds, bed bases, headboards and mattresses in specially-made reusable bags, which have saved thousands of kilos of single-use plastic since their introduction in 2021. We take these bags away with us again, so if you need your bed or mattress wrapped for storage, please let us know before delivery and we will deliver it wrapped in our sugarcane bioplastic instead.
Bedding & Bed Linen
All of our bedding and bed linen is packaged in 100% compostable or recyclable packaging, including reusable cotton drawstring bags printed with water-based ink for our duvets and pillows, and recyclable cardboard boxes for our bed linen.
Mattress Toppers
Our toppers are rolled and tied up with offcut fabric strips, and then double wrapped in sugarcane bioplastic packaging to keep them dry and safe in transit. This bioplastic can be recycled through your local council if they collect LDPE 4 soft plastics, or you can drop it off at one of your local supermarkets that accepts LDPE 4.
Nursery Mattresses
Our Nursery mattresses are wrapped in home-compostable potato starch wrapping and boxed up in recycled cardboard for rigidity, which itself is recyclable.
Mattress Recycling
If you would like us to take away your old bed and/or mattress when we deliver your new one, we can do that for a charge of £60 per item. We don’t make any money on this, it simply covers our transport and handling costs, as well as the fee we are charged by the recycling partner we work with. Your old mattress will be recycled by our partner TFR, or if it’s in fairly good condition, it will be cleaned and donated to charity through our partner FRC.
If you require us to take away your old bed or bed base, this must be dismantled prior to pick up. Our team will not be able to dismantle your old bed or bed base.

Returns & Exchanges
Naturally, we hope you are very happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind, or the item arrives faulty, damaged or is not quite as expected, then you are welcome to return or exchange it within 14-days of receiving it.
You will need to pay the return postage cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we will arrange a collection free of charge.
