One of the goals of our Sustainability Strategy is to reduce waste and create a fully closed loop mattress service. It’s therefore hugely important to us that any pristine Naturalmat mattresses that are returned are found a new home where they can be used for years to come.
Here’s how we give these mattresses a new lease of life:

Step 1
We bring the mattress back to our Devon workshop and conduct a thorough quality check.

Step 2
We remove and recycle the old mattress cover and replace any compressed fillings if required.

Step 3
We put a brand new quilted cover on, which is tape edged and tufted as normal.

All mattresses in the Recovered Collection are covered by our standard 10 Year Guarantee. The lead time on Recovered mattresses is 2 working weeks, however if you do require one urgently and we happen to be in your area sooner we will do our best to accommodate. Mattresses from the Recovered Collection cannot be returned or exchanged.
